mayo 20, 2024El bloque de concejales de la oposición emitió un comunicado en donde manifiestan falta de transparencia y datos cruciales en la reciente aprobación de una ordenanza municipal.
El jueves pasado, el Concejo Deliberante de Hernando aprobó una ordenanza que ha generado una nueva controversia debido a la falta de información y transparencia en el proceso, según denuncian los concejales de la oposición Nancy Castellano, Jorge Yamul y Santiago Zanotti.
La ordenanza, presentada por el Ejecutivo, propuso la aprobación de una donación condicionada de una empresa local, la cual cedería una hectárea y 2734 metros cuadrados para la construcción de un nuevo canal norte. A cambio, el municipio se comprometió a registrar y subdividir el terreno y a construir cuatro alcantarillas de hormigón de alta resistencia en la zona.
Los concejales opositores criticaron la falta de detalles cruciales en la propuesta, incluyendo las dimensiones exactas de las alcantarillas, la documentación respaldatoria sobre los costos y la viabilidad del proyecto. Señalaron que no se presentó ninguna tasación de inmobiliarias locales, ni un informe técnico detallando las características de las alcantarillas, ni un presupuesto estimado para su construcción.
«La ordenanza se aprobó sin la información indispensable, como el valor de la tierra en ese sector de la ciudad o el costo de las alcantarillas. No se nos proporcionó un análisis comparativo entre las opciones de expropiar, comprar o aceptar la donación con cargo. En resumen, aprobamos una ordenanza sin la información necesaria para saber si estamos tomando la mejor decisión para la ciudad», afirmaron los concejales Castellano, Yamul y Zanotti.
El proyecto fue aprobado por mayoría con el voto de los concejales radicales. La oposición calificó esta decisión como un acto de complacencia hacia el Ejecutivo, subrayando la importancia de la transparencia y la rendición de cuentas en la gestión de fondos públicos.
«Si llegan más proyectos de ordenanza sin las informaciones necesarias para su debate y aprobación, no los vamos a acompañar. Debemos al pueblo que nos votó rendirles cuentas de nuestras acciones. A la falta de información y papeles: NO», concluyeron los concejales opositores.
